I love this place but when the quiet kid in the glasses makes your sandwich it turns out as a sloppy mess that tastes half as good and when anyone else there makes it. I’m truly disappointed every time that kid makes my sandwich. Get rid of him and my review would be 5 stars
I was in need of a sandwich pick me up and spankys delivered.
Reasonable prices for thick sandwiches. An 8 inch did me in. I was glad they have sprouts which are one of my favorite things on a sandwich and are really hard to find around here.
Very fresh, soft bread, yummy.
Maybe some other homemade sauces would really set this place apart.

I have eaten here many times over the years. The sandwiches are always fresh and made on the spot.
It's an old-fashioned shop with a fountain drink machine. I like the lemon, cherries, and syrups that you can add to your soda.
The price is good, about $8.00 for an eight inch sandwich. Make it a combo with a soda, chips and cookie for less than $3.00.
