Very pleasant front desk staff. Was hoping to get a room upgrade with my Expedia VIP status but upgrade wasn't available. Would have liked a food/beverage credit. Room and restaurant were excellent
Absolutely gorgeous place, lovely interior design, big and comfortable rooms.
Just one detail we didn't like - bathroom door wasn't locking. Shower door wasn't sealed well, so hard to shower without making a lake on the floor.
But very nice restaurant- amazing service, delicious drinks, good breakfast. Definitely would come again

I've enjoyed my visits to Brian head lodge, the staff & restaurant, bar are 1st rate and my expectations were exceeded by the friendly and helpful people I've encountered on my journeys to Brian head lodge & resort. Location is optimum, around the corner from both ski lodges, Navajo & Giant steps!!! And the convenience of a FREE local shuttle makes it hassle free.
