GET THIS.... I just witnessed this. 🤔😡
We're sitting in the dining room, eating our sub-par poorly prepared food. As we were leaving, we let another man in. He states that thr door was locked. The red haired woman behind the counter (who is not wearing a name tag, I specifically looked) begins to literally scold me for opening the door!!! horrible customer service. completely got my order wrong, and didnt care about their customers
Ordered breakfast, cold hashbrowns, sandwich pictured had two sausage patties on it, received one with one and bacon... I was told the hashbrowns were out of the fryer, and that the description says bacon..... Ok... Please don't talk down to customers... I didn't call for "fun"
