My worst experience at Burger King yet. It’s 90° and we stopped for dinner. Pay for our meals went through the drive-through and after they gave us our drinks, we realized there was no ice in the drinks. And the Diet Coke was warm. Then they informed us that oh yeah, we don’t have any ice. So they charged us full price didn’t tell us there was no ice. And on top of that, the food was terrible. My dog turned down the french fries. Never again Burger King. Never again.

I have given Burger King more chances than they deserve!! I used to eat there all the time in high-school and LOVED it. But over the past few years they have just been terrible!! The straw that broke this camels back was getting food poisoning!!! I will NEVER eat there again! Ever!

Terrible. Waited behind 2 cars for 20 plus minutes for 2 whoppers and 2 fries. The assumed cook looked unkept and was wearing a dirty hoodie and no hairnet. I saw him go to the fountain to get himself a drink. If I hadn't paid for the order already I would have left!!!

They messed up half our order. I was supposed to receive a biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese. Instead, I was given a croissant with just sausage and cheese.. not what I ordered. My dad ordered a double sausage croissant with egg and cheese, they didn't give him the second patty. All the hash browns were overcooked. That being said, the old lady at the drive thru window was super sweet.
Everything was cold!, I didn’t get my order of fries and bbq sauce, no ice at all, they didn’t have the spicy marinara sticks they were advertising. Very disappointing!

No one else was ordering at the time. The whole order was wrong. The soda machine was mainly carbonated water for all of the drinks. Upon leaving, the entire staff was just outside the entrance door having a smoking session. I have to agree with others, the worst Burger King I have ever visited.

Burger King in Brigham City is disgusting. The food is served old and cold. We have had cold burgers and fries that tasted like they were stored in the fridge and than microwaved to be served.

This was the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The person who took our order was a disaster; she couldn't figure out the register, was dropping things and then cussed on the speaker. They were out of ice so our soda was hot, our combo was missing the fries, our jr. Whopper with cheese did not have the cheese, our 12 pc chicken fries was only an 8 pc, and to top it off all of the food was cold. We went through the drive through so by the time we realized everything, it wasn't worth turning around and dealing with. Skip this Burger King! Not worth the money.
