There was a very nice young man. I believe his name was Brecken but he was very helpful and seemed to be very experienced. He did his job as fast as possible despite others waiting and there only being 2 people on the clock including himself. He was very kind and genuine. I will be coming back

Well they actually suck if I had zero stars to give i would. They are so slow and I'd theres more people they should be faster. I went 2 to 3 times within 2 or 3 weeks and they were awful. Day was better with service than the evening. The manager or lady almost dropped the food getting it out of the warmer. Or bringing it to us. F0r the price 46 bucks 4 people better to eat golden corral 12th street.

I used the drive-through. I ordered a breakfast meal with coffee, and was told the coffee maker is “broken.” It was that way six months ago when I stopped for breakfast, and the fellow at the drive through window confirmed it has been out for at least that long. I don’t know why they won’t get that fixed. Hey, I want coffee with breakfast, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask, since it’s on the menu. I won’t visit this location again.

I waited 30 minutes. The floor is disgusting, the whole place smells like burning oil, employees were bagging fries without gloves, and one employee hit the counter really loudly when he got frustrated. Uncomfortable and once again it took forever.
Waited 30 mins just for the food to literally cold, hard and stale. The least you could have done was have fresh food, with the wait. Disgusted.

Fries and chicken nuggets way overcooked or just cooked in old cooking oil not good. Fries were hard as a freaking rock. My whopper seemed dried out like it. It has been sitting out definitely not fresh. I love Burger King, but this location is not one I would be returning to.

Super slow. 4 people "working" and only one person actually doing anything. Took over 20 minutes to get food and haven't seen them even start fresh fries once since we came in. Mop bucket is just sitting by the registers. Won't be coming back.
