Who would take a bite out of a nugget and put it back in a kids meal!?? Went through the drive-thru to get 5 SpongeBob kids meals. Got home, passed out the meals to our daughters and our daughter pulls a nugget out of her bag and it had a bite taken out of it! GROSS! My husband calls and he was told the manager is busy can you call back in 30 min. He said I'll just come back in! This is awful customer service. We won't be eating here ever again. Sad that the Burger King's are closing and this was the closest one to us still being 25 min of where we live. Not worth going back! Don't eat here!

We had to wait 15 minutes for our food (there were four of us). Only 3 other people in front of us. One worker decided it was break time and left her other sole coworker to finish our order. There was no ice and every soda was flat and warm. The food at least was hot and fresh. We won't be back. Underwhelmed and annoyed they still let us buy sodas knowing there was no ice and they're not getting an order until after Christmas. Seriously? Don't gas stations and grocery stores sell bags of ice?

My worst experience at Burger King yet. It’s 90° and we stopped for dinner. Pay for our meals went through the drive-through and after they gave us our drinks, we realized there was no ice in the drinks. And the Diet Coke was warm. Then they informed us that oh yeah, we don’t have any ice. So they charged us full price didn’t tell us there was no ice. And on top of that, the food was terrible. My dog turned down the french fries. Never again Burger King. Never again.

I have given Burger King more chances than they deserve!! I used to eat there all the time in high-school and LOVED it. But over the past few years they have just been terrible!! The straw that broke this camels back was getting food poisoning!!! I will NEVER eat there again! Ever!

Horrible food, spent 23$ to get two cold hamburgers and a weird tasting fish sandwich. Only two people working and the kid making the sandwich seemed like he hates working there.

Terrible. Waited behind 2 cars for 20 plus minutes for 2 whoppers and 2 fries. The assumed cook looked unkept and was wearing a dirty hoodie and no hairnet. I saw him go to the fountain to get himself a drink. If I hadn't paid for the order already I would have left!!!

They messed up half our order. I was supposed to receive a biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese. Instead, I was given a croissant with just sausage and cheese.. not what I ordered. My dad ordered a double sausage croissant with egg and cheese, they didn't give him the second patty. All the hash browns were overcooked. That being said, the old lady at the drive thru window was super sweet.
