CARL'S JR HAS GONE WOKE!

JUST SPENT $21.80 ON FOOD HERE (SEE RECEIPT) AND WALKED OUT STILL HUNGRY! THEIR DOUBLE FAMOUS BURGERS ARE NOW AS THIN AS A BIG MAC, LARGE FRIES WERE NOT FULL, CHICKEN TENDERS WERE ABOUT A ONE BITE SIZE. LUCKILY THERE IS A SUBWAY RIGHT BESIDE CARL JR'S INSIDE THIS LOVE'S TRAVEL CENTER...DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR, EAT AT SUBWAY WHERE YOU STILL GET HALF DECENT VALUE FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! NO WONDER THE PLACE WAS EMPTY AT 6 PM!!!

Ordered a triple bacon guacamole burger and there was a piece of bone in it. Hurt my tooth a bit biting it.
The manager said they cannot take the burger off my bill or give me a coupon for another burger. Disappointed

My wife and I come here at least a couple times a month, because they are hands down the best fast food in town. Employees are efficient and polite, food is done really well, and I've seen their workers take abuse from angry truckers stoically and professionally. Can't say enough how awesome the folks who run this restaurant are

I ordered a 3 piece tender and the so called manager watched him serve me over cooked burnt tenders i eas told it woupd be about 7 minutes to get some fresh tenders I waited to er 15 minutes and then the so called manager eants to get an attitude because I want my money back I never did get fresh tenders the so called manager was more worried about her phone than she was any type of customer service she has no business being a manger note thos was on 7/13/25 at about 8:30pm

It’s 10:33 pm and I had looked up restaurant hours prior to going to the drive thru as I’m here FREQUENTLY I was almost positive they were open but double checked anyways. I approach the drive thru and it prompted me with the message that they were closed already at 10:33… store hours online state “Sunday-Thursday: 6 am-11pm
“Friday-Saturday”: 6 am-12am

VERY UPSETTING AND EVEN MORE SO because when leaving and driving past the window, I COULD LITERALLY SEE THE GIRL INSIDE HIDING SO THAT WE DIDNT SEE HER AS WE DROVE PAST. However, we still saw her BLATANTLY HIDING AND telling customers they’re closed 30 minutes early… I GIVE A LOT OF MONEY TO THIS PLACE FOR THAT BULLSHIT TO HAPPEN…

In short but the food was not good and very cold. There were only 2 gentlemen working, and they were doing an amazing job, keeping customers happy and the place clean. Wish I would've got their name. Sorry, guys, you deserve recognition!
