We celebrated my wife's birthday at Laan Thai in Brigham City. Since we're both lovers of Thai food, we were anxious to try the restaurant. We're so glad we did. The food was delicious (wow, I loved the generous amount of lemon grass in my red curry) and we were easily able to get dishes that helped us keep to our vegetarian diet. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience and will definitely go back! I love how you can customize the spicy level of each dish and it was SO delicious! Our server, Jane, was so sweet and friendly! Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Highly recommend!
