Four of us ate there. 3 of us got Montezuma's Revenge. I ordered something that thought would be a safe Spinach Quesadilla Dish only ate 1/2 and the 2 ordered some kind of enchilada dish. Chips and Salsa. Obviously, not going there again. Otherwise, the server and atmosphere were good. Sorry!

The food was fine, though nothing to write home about. One of the best places we ate on our weekend in the area. They did mess up a couple of our items by putting meat on what was supposed to be vegetarian, and that sucked because it left some of us sharing items, but the items we shared were pretty good.

Solid choice in the Brigham area — very similar to other good Mexican places I’ve been to. I recommend El Carrusel to get a good taste of everything. Chips and salsa were winners. Service was very kind as well.

This restaurant was charming and authentic Mexican cuisine. The chile verde burrito was tasty & perfectly made. Our waiter, Miguel, was so courteous and efficient. We'd go often if we lived in the area.

Fantastic experience! I had the meal that included a chile relleno, carne asada cook medium which was exceptional, and some sort of tamale with mole sauce. Highly recommend this place.

It's my favorite Mexican restaurant in utah! We love in Kaysville but do our taxes in Brigham city. So we look forward to coming to do our taxes just so we can eat here! My husband and I love the tricolor enchiladas!

We don’t eat Mexican food anywhere other that at Ruben’s. Our family has been eating here for over ten years. Even when we didn’t live in Utah, whenever we came back to visit we would make a special trip to Ruben’s. Their salsas (red and green) are always fresh, just like the chips. I have tried most everything on the menu. My favorites are the Molcajete, carne asada, and the chicken tortilla soup (which may be an undiscovered cure for the common cold). My wife only ever orders the Tacos al Carbon. She’s probably had that dish 50 times, and she never tires of it. This is just good salt-of-the-earth food, prepared well with high quality ingredients. If you stop in Brigham City for fuel or food as you’re traveling along I-15, take the extra few minutes to head into this cute little town, and eat at Ruben’s. It’s worth it.

The food was excellent. All three dishes we ordered were delicious. The Cilantro Chicken was tender and flavorful as was the Pork Verdi burrito. The beef and chicken fajitas were bursting with flavor. Even the refried beans and Spanish rice were flavorful.
