No cup holders really? How am I supposed to carry 3 drinks? Staff seemed unconcerned and offended when I was trying to figure out how to deliver these items. Top popped off the chocolate bites. Your customer whether here or through online ordering deserves better. The bad part is the drinks spilled all over the straws so my customer got wet straws and cups. Neither of which was my fault. I hate leaving bad reviews but my tips go to my medically needy child. So if I get bad ratings...
I always have a great experience at the Brigham City Fiiz. Their drinks are delicious! I have noticed their employees have great customer service. One employee I have been especially impressed with is Sydney (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). I have noticed she always tries to get to know customers and she is very hospitable, whether you decide to take the drive thru or go inside to order. Overall I am impressed with this soda shop and I will continue to be a customer.
