Very underwhelming. The service was spectacular, but the pies were subpar. The Hand Pies we enjoyed were the Brazilian Breeze, raspberry, and the Hill Billy, but the rest fell flat. The shop could just use improvement in several ways. However! The pie shakes and dirty sodas were delicious!

They're perfect little pies you can eat one or two at a time, super convenient and yummy. Some flavors are hit n miss for me and my family, but when it's a hit, they are the best ever! All time best one is strawberry coconut, followed by Carmel apple, and Carmel peach.

Delicious snack (hand) size and full size pies! This place is amazing!! You can order ahead online or just walk in and see what they have ready to buy. They also have new flavors every week which keeps me coming back over and over again! They also now have savory filled rolls! It's one of my favorite small businesses in town!

Fun, unique local bakery. Stopped by on our way to visit family in Ogden. Pies were uniquely decorated for Halloween. The werewolf pies were especially interesting with their gummy teeth. Of the 4 pies we tried, our group only raved about the Halloween pies. The others were good but not exceptional.
Yum! I had seen the colorful signs as I drove past and finally stopped in to check this place out. I got a few cheese rolls. Wow!! They’re basically soft, perfectly-baked dinner rolls filled with ooey-gooey cheese. They’re served hot with ranch for dipping. I love Maddox, but these rolls are better than theirs! The sweet pies were very good, too! The lady serving was nice and friendly as well. Will definitely return. Skip the fast food and get to Hill Billy Hand Pies!

My wife and I finally stopped by and got a selection of treats. I especially enjoyed the hill Billy mini pie. My wife felt the apple pie was too salty. I didn't try it though so that may just be a personal preference of hers.

Cute little shop. The mini pies are cute and good. The medium sized ones are the ones to get though. They get the pie to crust ratio perfect and if you happen to get them fresh out for the oven they're especially good. I would highly recommend the apple pie and the savory sausage pie was also surprisingly good.
