I leave one star because the food is not that bad; the service is not that bad; the wait time is miniscule. But maybe that's why I never get a complete order. For months my orders, what little there has been, have been missing at least one or more items. The time before last, it was complete, however, and better than I'd had in a long time, so things began to look up. This time, however, I once again was left without a finished meal. For a while, this location in particular had a note posted to check for a receipt and if you're missing it, you get some discount or something. I assume they stopped doing that because they were losing too much money by giving incomplete orders or no receipt at all. It's too bad, because I remember a time I thought KFC was good, worth the stop. The employees are always nice and seem happy to serve, they just serve the wrong thing.
