We went threw the drive thru and got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Never had an issue with this location before. When we got it home and had started eating we noticed it was colder than it usually is and the crust was hard. I called just to let them know I had a complaint that the pizza wasn’t up to normal standards. The manager said that’s fine to bring it in and they would replace it.
