The Little Caesars in Brigham City completely ignores their customers. I stood inside the store for about 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. Someone else also waiting said he pulled up in the drive through and nobody acknowledged him for a long period as well.

The worst service at any little Caesars I've ever been to. We've given this location multiple chances, and they fail consistently. I've never been able to pick up a hot n ready pizza from this n location. They limit their hot and ready hours to a short evening window, and fail to even meet that benchmark. Truly disparages the brand.

So this is my favorite pizza place in Brigham. It has a huge problem that keeps me from buying pizza there. I’m old fashioned I don’t use there app and I don’t Oder on line. If they answer the phone I’ll order a pick up order if they don’t it irritates me and I won’t order pizza from them. So if you want my business please pick up the phone.

What the what? My pizza was literally like the sad nachos with shredded cheese on top, except on a crust. It was horrible. I feel like I wasted money on food that was inedible. Couldn't even finish a piece. The sauce was non-existent, the cheese was crispy. It was horrible.

Who cares if it takes time. I understand it gets busy, rather have a hot fresh made pizza than a pizza that sat in the warmer for half the day. Friendly staff and orders have always been spot on.
