Definitely depends on which one you go to and the time you go. But for the most part if your not satisfied they will fix it! Going at night is very iffy in service but there are basically no workers except 2.

Going all in on the touch screen ordering has made the experience really strange. There was rarely anyone at the front counter, so if you needed something you had to wait until a worker came to call out an order. Little things like asking for a re-fill, or a different sauce were really awkward. It felt like you could almost replace the whole experience with a small square window that you get your food from. The seating and atmosphere are above average. Food still taste like McDonald's food, so no issues there, you know what you're getting.

Got a hot fudge Sunday through drive thru. NOT even half a cup of ice cream w/ extra hot fudge.49Cents.not even normal amount of hot fudge either. I don't know what their deal was tonight and if I hadn't just been coming home from a camping trip I would have gone inside and talk to a manager because this was ridiculous.

Kid-friendliness: It does have a playground. It's a climbing one. There is a slide but your kid has to climb to the 2 tier to get to it

Came in like 5 minutes before lunch started and asked very nicely if I could get 2 large fries. And when the cashier went and asked the manager if I could order them the manager looked back at me with a mad face and said no loud enough for me to hear. I understand if you aren't supposed to but just let people know that. No need for attitude or anything like that. I was very nice. The cashier even said sometimes the manager gets mad if she does that. Just not a good atmosphere

I ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. It was not until after I was gone that I noticed the double fish that I ordered was only a single fish. The fries weren't very fresh and had almost no salt on them.

Ordered just a couple mcdoubles and McChickens, I don't expect much from McDonald's but these were some of the worst put together sandwiches I've ever gotten from a fast food place, everything was there but it was like they put them together threw them at the wall and then gave them to me. Girl at the window was nice though.

HAVE the App so as always get good deals here. The Brigham City has a lot of Teenagers there after school. NOT a big deal but if you have smaller children trying to go into the play area GOOD luck..
