HORRIBLE customer service. The manager was beyond rude and not willing to help rectify the situation when their system was faulty. She said we were a horrible customer. When she was asked to help she was immediately very sassy and rude. We understand not everything is black and white, but having managers like this is so damaging for businesses. We- like everyone in Brigham have been loyal to this location because it’s all we have here, but I am never going to come back. I will make sure to continue to share this experience with all my family and friends because we should not continue to support a business with such rude managers and bad business practices.

Definitely depends on which one you go to and the time you go. But for the most part if your not satisfied they will fix it! Going at night is very iffy in service but there are basically no workers except 2.

Going all in on the touch screen ordering has made the experience really strange. There was rarely anyone at the front counter, so if you needed something you had to wait until a worker came to call out an order. Little things like asking for a re-fill, or a different sauce were really awkward. It felt like you could almost replace the whole experience with a small square window that you get your food from. The seating and atmosphere are above average. Food still taste like McDonald's food, so no issues there, you know what you're getting.

Got a hot fudge Sunday through drive thru. NOT even half a cup of ice cream w/ extra hot fudge.49Cents.not even normal amount of hot fudge either.
I don't know what their deal was tonight and if I hadn't just been coming home from a camping trip I would have gone inside and talk to a manager because this was ridiculous.

Kid-friendliness: It does have a playground. It's a climbing one. There is a slide but your kid has to climb to the 2 tier to get to it

Came in like 5 minutes before lunch started and asked very nicely if I could get 2 large fries. And when the cashier went and asked the manager if I could order them the manager looked back at me with a mad face and said no loud enough for me to hear. I understand if you aren't supposed to but just let people know that. No need for attitude or anything like that. I was very nice. The cashier even said sometimes the manager gets mad if she does that. Just not a good atmosphere
