I have gone here for a while and it used to be good. The last 3 times I’ve eaten here to food has been clearly cooked long before I ever ordered and left in a heater, the staff doesn’t even try to be friendly, and this last time my food wasn’t all there. I’m done with this Wendy’s for good.

We stopped to get some food through the drive-thru and immediately noticed several employees outside smoking or vaping, who then ran inside as soon as we pulled up. When we got to the speaker, the employee yelled “OW” after I gave my name for our online order, which already gave my daughter and me a bad feeling. At the window, we were told they didn’t have ranch, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or honey mustard, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and unsanitary. Seeing no gloves and knowing the employees had just rushed inside without enough time to wash their hands made us uncomfortable eating the food, and the entire visit was extremely disappointing

Awful. I never leave bad reviews but this location is rough! It use to be ok now its unbearable. no gloves or hair nets.
I put in an order online came to pickup and it was wrong so I went inside to get it fixed. Totally understandable it happens but when i explained what happened the lady didnt say anything she just took the bag and pointed to the guy in the back. No big deal theyre probably having a off day but then I waited over 5 mins thinking they were fixing it. They weren't. my friend came in and asked whats taking so long and got kinda loud so the guy in the back came up and asked what we ordered then started making it no one was wearing gloves or hair nets. So this won't be a place we come back to.

Food is decent, customer service is okay, for some reason they decided to get rid of their sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets and got this crappy new sauce called sweet chili why Wendy's? why would you get rid of your best sauce. I guess my biggest complaint is with the app if you order the nugs party pack you have to get 10 of the same sauce and if you want a different sauce it's 50 cents each sauce maybe they should change that so you can get a couple different sauces or maybe I'm just complaining🤣

Won't be back. I got the #13 tonight (Oct. 25th). The chicken in my sandwich was undercooked and made me violently ill. Also, we asked for extra ranch and they said they charge 50 cents a piece for them now. Is that true?

So I ordered a bacon double stack and didn't get no bacon then I paid for ranch sauce and asked for ranch sauce and never got any!!!! I'm so not happy with this Wendy's. I go here a lot and so I hate the fact that they did this. There is no excuse as to why you can't take a minute to look at your order and make sure everything is in the bag and that everything is right.

So I pull in for breakfast, and the gal asked us what we wanted I told her ,number one please. She responded is that a single double or triple, I'm thinking dang that's going to be a big breakfast sandwich, as I heard her laughing and continued with the order. She thought it was lunch. I got the best laugh and service out of there today. You rock girl awesome job at the window!

POOR QUALITY, EXPENSIVE. Brigham City Wendy's is cutting corners and comprising quality. I bought two biggie bag meals, two frosties, and upgraded to large on both meals. What I GOT: 2 tiny burgers with a large amount of stale bun, 2 very small grainy 'beef' patties, 2 large fries BOXES half full of small size amount of fries in each, small chicken nuggets, and watered down frosties. Everything was lukewarm, dull. I do not recommend. It cost over $25! They are charging for extra sauce; each meal entitled to one sauce. More sauce is extra. There was ONE napkin in the ONE bag. The meals were not separated out.

On the day we visited, the restaurant was not clean. There were 4 flies that flew out of the sink in the bathroom. The tray our food was placed on was sticky with half dried ketchup on the edges. There needs to be a deep cleaning at this restaurant.
