I was very surprised to see this was now a full service restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding expectations. Only drawback was that it was quite slow.

By far the best place to eat while skiing in Brighton/solitude. Real food, more reasonably priced than all the other places on the mountains

Ruined this place with a sit down restaurant

They ruined Milly chalet trying to make it fancy or whatever. I used to go in to warm up and always ended up grabbing food once I saw everyone else eating... It used to have a great cafeteria vibe. Now it's a ghost town.Put it back please.

Well, I'm a 60 year old hanging with my 30-something nephew and his athlete friend on a 4-day brighton hill side SB vacation. In spite of my 30 years snowboarding experience at venues across the country, I thought I would probably have to drop out at some time. We were doing steep bowls on Milly in an unexpected fresh powder dump when I talked my "kids" in for a dog. Wow... finished the day, caught the last lift, doing butters all the way back to the hot tub.

I ordered the short rib Mac&Cheese on Jan 15 and it was the most disgusting dish I have tried and I had some major stomach on the slope after eating it but I thought it's just a standard ski resort meal so no biggie. But then, when I got home that night and looked at the pictures of the same dish that people posted on social media, I just got so mad. It's not the same dish at all. There were like 4 pieces of square shaped dry jerky of who-knows-what meat in my entire bowl while others have a bowl full of nice tender beef short rib with artisan looking cheese on top.I don't know if it's a quality control issue or this is something personal, but either way I will not come back again and I will let all my friends know how they might get treated differently here.

Definitely worth the extra few dollars to come over to Milly instead of majestic, food is 10 times better, you get a view of the base of the lift and the service is amazing, shout out to my host Daniel for his outstanding customer service!

Definitely the best food in the resort. Daniel our host was great and had great recommendations on the menu. All the other food at Brighton is the same price but half the quality, I will be returning 10 times out of 10.

Good burger, cool waiter, not that crowded. Really like the dine in experience this season. 3 times better then the alpine rose.
