We have eaten here twice when visiting Bryce Canyon. The first time, several years ago, was absolutely wonderful! Fantastic food and great, attentive service! The second time, more recently, we were a bit disappointed. The food was still good but the service was less than stellar. The food was alright, but we could never really find our waitress because she was so busy! During the dinner rush, expect the wait to be a little longer (and they don’t take reservations). Definitely a bustling and fun place though!
We both had the trout and sweet potato fries. Delicious! For dessert we had raspberry cheesecake which was amazing. We loved it so much we came back for breakfast! French toast and veggie omlette. Must visit!
