Sky Nova…more like interstellar dud
We had high hopes for Sky Nova after a great day in the outdoors of Utah. The cocktail menu and food looked great online. When we were seated our hostess, who apparently lost the staff game of rock, paper, scissors tells us they aren’t serving alcohol. The access to Grand Canyon is ideal for a few days away! The staff is amazing.
So, let me understand. You are cancelling my reservation and keeping my (almost $1000 because:�1. You did not respond to my first cancelation notice.
2. When I tried to confirm the cancelation it was a day beyond your cancelation policy.
3. You could not understand that I was not able to give you a specific reschedule date due to unforeseeable health conditions.
4. You dismissed these health notifications and continued to send 'do it now or else' communications.
