I am impressed with Amber Kay’s. The atmosphere honors the mountains it sits in in Cedar city Utah and even the open sign is Americana. The tables have the logo embedded in them and they and the chairs are solid which is very refreshing in a diner!I had the Buckley Benedict without hashbrowns and with avocado slices. They don’t do lattes but as my server said the coffee is very good and there’s plenty of half-and-half! I will recommend this place and I will stop here again...
The food was amazing! My husband, my daughter and our dad enjoyed our meals. I had the hamburger steak combo. My husband had cornbeef hash. Our dad had the Philly. Our daughter had the pancake kids combo she enjoyed it. I only got a photo of my hamburger steak and our dad's Philly.
Also the plus was our waitress was very generous and kind. She was patient while taking our order and checked in on us. She was wearing a Halloween sweater! I didn't get her name...

My first meal was the breakfast sandwich, with grilled chicken, which got more tasty with each bite. The next day I had the breakfast burrito with grilled chicken, which was well-portioned. I thought the breakfast...
