Best Cafe Rio in Utah. The workers are nice and the proportions were perfect!!

1st time ordered on mobile and the order never came through to the store. 2nd time ordered and got the worst chicken quesadilla I’ve ever got. Wasn’t cut and felt soaked in water. Will not be coming back

Food isn’t as good as other Cafe Rio but hands down the best and friendliest customer service ever. They gave me so much extra pico when I asked for extra, and I saw them check in on multiple people at tables and people waiting for food. Even gave them a complimentary drink while waiting. Definitely will go back

Trash, service sucks at this specific restaurant. Literally eating a salad taco with how little meat they put on. I also had to assemble my own taco, when I clearly asked for lettuce and pico.. and they didn't put it on any taco

The best steak ever, and they had the mint lemonade tasting perfect. Only downside was this is obviously yesterdays tortillas . Rock freaking hard. Also Ill say this is the dirtiest CR I have ever walked into.

Dirtiest Cafe Rio I have ever been in. Garbage cans overflowing, sticky tables, bathroom has no soap, no paper towels. Employees act like they hate their job and hate people.

Probably the worst Cafe Rio I've ever been to. The lady rushed me through the line. Just put everything in the bowl. Didn't ask you what I wanted. Didn't even hand me a lid. The lady at the cashier was not physically able to hand me a lid. (No fault of hers )They had to pull cook off the line to get a lid. Tortillas will dry and stale. Same with the chicken I would not go back

Almost every time we come in, the main line is hardly busy, with 3 people manning it, and then drive-through has dozens of tickets of food to make, and cars still coming through, and there’s ONE PERSON doing all the making (and Sundays are THE WORST for this!!! 👎👎👎). As somebody who’s worked in fast food for years before, it is INSANE to me that y’all have one person making and bagging all the food for drive-through. No wonder it takes so long when we order through drive through, y’all are sooo severely understaffing your drive!!! Your drive through staff deserve better.

Just came to cafe Rio been bragging to my wife about how good cafe Rio is than compared to Costa Vida well I hate to say im super disappointed with the food she got sweet pork nachos and they was skimpy on the meat as well as she ordered guacamole it wasn't guacamole it was diced avocado I had the steak burrito and the pico de gallo wasn't fresh and didn't have the taste of lime let alone the freshness taste and my wife's nachos was stale like they was sitting in the drawer over night im highly disappointed and I won't be back im going to costa Vida from here on out which sucks cause I know cafe Rio can be better since I use to work for them years ago

Last 3 times I have gone they “are out” of the grilled bell peppers. It is hit or miss with the person that prepares your food. Some rush you (asking “is that all?” after the 1st add on and every add on after that) and others wait for you to finish saying what you want.
Nachos are really good if you get a preparer that allows you time to build them.

Service was absolutely terrible, bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper, garbage can overflowing. Paper towels all over the ground. Wouldn’t come here again.
