Based on the reviews, Crumbl offers the best and most unique, varying cookies. The cookies are beautiful and delicious. The staff is amazing, super nice, and will take care of customers no matter what. They go above and beyond, even working with customers to get cookies delivered. The service is so awesome that customers leave happier than when they walked in. The employees are kind and will listen and joke with customers. The staff has even made extra cookies just because. The restaurant has added other desserts such as cakes, pies, brownies, and cookie sandwiches into the weekly rotation. The atmosphere is very bland, with no cute artwork on the walls and no seating area. It has a very cold cafeteria vibe, so it is not amazing to look at. However, the cookies are wonderful. The place is very easy to get into the building and is kid-friendly, as it is the perfect place for kids who love sugar and cookies.
