I’ve eaten here for 2 years now. I keep coming back because I like Cafe Rios food. That being said, this location consistently has the most impatient and rude employees that do not hide that they don’t want you there. They roll their eyes when you walk in and act like them hating their jobs is your fault for eating there. After all this they directly ask for a tip every time you check out. Run down, not very clean and the food seemed to be too old. They don't seem to be busy enough to keep things as fresh as they could be. Some food was charred more than smokey (chipotle) flavor.Two days later I still had a "feeling" things weren't quite right, quite different from our normal pick, Costa Vida.

The food was cooked. Unfortunately, at 2:00 p.m., they were already running low or out of dessert, a few house drinks, and scrapping the bottom of the bowl for our protein. The tables and floors were very clean though.
