I had a HUGE accident on the I 15 near this restaurant in Cedar City and I came in there for help with my phone and sanctuary for about 48 hours straight since I REALLY needed a phone to get back to Las Vegas and they gave me nothing but straight HOSPITALITY!! They were AWESOME and HONESTLY the best!!! I WILL COME BACK JUST FOR THE HOSPITALITY!! Thank you guys!!! Hope you read this!!! God Bless!!!!

The burgers here are immaculate, I just wish they had bigger portions. Of course the portions are already pretty big, but for the dollar it is just a little small. The burgers are amazing though, and the Famous Star Double is top notch. The other burgers like the Big Carl are pretty good too. Overall, the have amazing employees and do tons of things right. Their advertisements, and cleanliness is not the best though.

Food is great, restaurant is clean, and almost everyone here is friendly and helpful. The shorter blond girl with glasses today was really lacking some customer service skills. She was not friendly and just blankly stared at me when I approached. Usually have nothing but great experiences here but today was a bit disappointing.

I came there a few months ago and made an order and afterwards I told them I had to go use the restroom next door when I came back I found out my meal ready that's fine what bugged me is one of workers I don't know if a supervisor or not but that comment of I DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT PEOPLE was not necessarily and was rude. I worked in this industry and dealt with a lot but I keep me mouth to meself. I know you lot get a lot of people but you have to maintain your professionalism and not be so rude with the smart remarks.
I went here because my 10 year old wanted a cheeseburger. And with me being a truck driver it was convenient. I had to repeat my order several times because I wanted it specifically done. Probably about 4 employees just mostly standing around and or playing around. When other orders that came after me where finally sent out after 15 minutes of waiting ii asked how much longer for mine, I was told they where working on it. More giggle giggle from some of the employees while others just stood there and other orders that came after me got their food. Half hour after I finally got my order, and you know what? My daughter thank goodness was able to eat her food, but I was not able to because they ignored what I told them to do with mine and threw everything on it but what I asked.... my recommendation is go anywhere else but here. Half the employees act like.they are doing you a favor.
