One of the chefs cuts his finger and shows it to someone and immediately goes to the back for a bandage im thinking. And then he starts to make my food with gloves on. Horrible experience not a sight I wanted to see and be fed from. Won't be coming back

Extremely expensive! Carl's Jr has gotten so outrageously priced it's insane. Small town, small incomes. What a joke this place is.
Just came thru drive thru and was ordering a famous star combo with star nuggets, the lady Crisly was super pushy and would not let me speak at all. After I said slow down and would like it large she then proceeded to tell me that the chicken is 12-15 minute wait or longer at the moment. Just super rude so I said I will leave.
Now I know the stars take 2:30 seconds so I call the store and ask for the manager and she answers and says she is the manager and that’s what it takes. I explained to her that chicken stars don’t take that long and she changed her time and said oh I thought u meant tenders?? Just if she wasant so pushy and talking over people I think she would do better.

Unreasonably long wait times the nice thing is you can count on your food being half decent but I've never been able to place an order on the app and just go inside and pick it up I'm usually stuck waiting 10 to 15 minutes of not longer on occasion
even if I wait to leave my house for the restaurant until after my orders supposed to be ready I get stuck waiting
tonight my order was supposed to be ready at 8:07 I got to the restaurant at 8:20 and they still weren't finished cooking my food I placed my order at 7:45
The woman who I assumed to be the manager said that she didn't start cooking our fries or chicken nuggets because we weren't there to pick it up but the whole point of placing an order ahead of time is so that you're not stuck waiting so why would you wait to cook the customer's food until they are already there
