Excellent food, service and atmosphere

Had a wonderful meal to go. As always, the food was great! I really appreciate the attention to detail that the staff show. I’m always greeted with a kind, genuine smile from the hostess and all of the waitresses/waiters I’ve had are efficient, kind and mindful of our needs while dining. I always feel welcomed and appreciated while dining at Chef Alfredo’s, Cedar City.

Salmon was moist and perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Butternut ravioli and sauce were wonderful.

Great place! Dinner was delicious! Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great atmosphere, music playing was low and relaxing! Probably the best Italian we’ve ever had! We each had a dinner salad with gorgonzola and balsamic reduction, and other salad had a raspberry vinaigrette, I had Spinach Florentine ravioli with spinach, mushrooms, artichoke and garlic cream sauce, my husband had meat lasagna, he said best ever! Very reasonably priced, would definitely go back!

I loved coming here! Our waitress was so friendly and the service was fast. I ordered the Gamberretti e Granchi Alfredo and it was super good! I will definitely come again!

I made reservations last Wednesday 11/6/24 for 11/12/24 my wedding anniversary. We try to go every year for our anniversary it’s a tradition, I got a text confirmation about my reservation and I show up last night at 550 and the door has a sign on it that they are closed for renovations … that would of been nice to know when you took my reservation and even text to confirm it! There was people in the building so my husband made a phone call to the restaurant and a man that answered didn’t really care just ya sorry we are closed… oh thanks guy! I think that is just so unprofessional and a poor ran business you don’t even call the people on your books to cancel?! They asked for my phone number when doing the reservation what for? For situations that arise like this yet they don’t even call to cancel. So rude to like it didn’t matter to that guy it was our anniversary and we had made prior arrangements just another Tuesday for him. I’m adding the photo of the confirmation of my reservation.

Update to add that the owner/manager has reached out to make things right and that’s really appreciated!

Racist

My wife and I recently dined at Chef Alfredo's Ristorante Italiano in Cedar City, UT. While the food was good, we noticed that other tables received complimentary bread, but we did not. Being the only brown people there, we couldn't help but feel a sense of racism. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable, and we hope the restaurant addresses this issue.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service. Every table around us received complimentary bread at the start of their meal, which is even mentioned in other reviews. However, our table was completely ignored. It felt like we were treated differently, and I can’t help but feel that this was racially motivated. This left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
