Not my best experience at a Chick-fil-A. It was busy. The workers were not as polite as they usually are. I only ordered a frosted lemonade, pineapple dragon fruit lemonade, and ice cream cone. They gave the pineapple dragon fruit lemonade in the ice cream to me right away, but then I had to wait to get the frosted lemonade, and it felt longer than usual. When I finally got the frosted lemonade it was only 2/3 full. I love Chick-fil-A, but this one is pretty bad.

Beware. This is on a college campus and the public can't get to it. I drove 3 hours to learn this the HARD way.

Got a 10$ voucher and just wanted a sandwich. After processing I asked about the remainder of the voucher. They refused to even write the remainder or give me something else on the menu for the rest of the money, and basically said I was out of luck. For a University food court, using a university given voucher that is kind of pathetic.

Melissa and the cashier girl messed up my order and still made me pay for it. No biggy but they started closing down at 7:20 when I came to just get a frosted coffee which they were out of. Gave me one sauce when I asked for some. So went back for more which they were stingy about to give me one more. Customer service was awful. Super rude staff, maybe just turned 18 and this was their first time working a job they hate and were super annoyed that they had to take your order. Which go figure for some reason my fries were cold. I'm a senior here at SUU and have ate here many times for years. Never has it been this bad. Normally the staff is phenomenal and food is great, and most definitely warm. Also both two girls weren't in uniform talking about a party. Which is whatever, just not as professional as it use to be.

Always looking for the Chick-fil-a everywhere I go, great simple food that is easy to consume on the run, or in the restaurant, it’s always a pleasure to eat here & the best part is the diet frosted lemonade!

Gonna have to be a 1 star bc the staff are not great. Also one sauce for the meal and they can’t give u more even when u ask? Or use rewards? Ok then 😀

They didnt say "my pleasure", that is the only reason I ever visit this establishment.

Edit (2/14/19): Today I ordered a shake. It took 9 minutes, but, the worst part was, they didn't say "my pleasure". My disappointment is palpable.

Edit (3/2/19): I can't believe we are here again. I was not told "my pleasure", I was told "have a good day". THIS IS NOT BURGER KING. THIS IS CHIK-FIL-A. GOSH DARN.

Edit (8/8/24): It has been years since my last "my pleasure", I am slowly fading away...

Tried to go to this location but it does not clearly state it is inside of the university. We just clicked on it from Google thinking it was a regular chick fil a. Don't click on this location go somewhere else.
