My family and I stopped in for dinner tonight while visiting Utah for the first time. We were fortunate enough to score a table without a reservation and I can absolutely see why one is needed!

The staff is wonderful and our pizza was fantastic! Centro will now be our go-to restaurant when we are staying in Cedar City. I give you 5-stars!! See you next time.

Centro | Woodfired Pizzeria is one of the favorite restaurants in Cedar. Everyone is so nice, and the service, food, and atmosphere are amazing every single time. The food is delightful to the taste, with super yummy and unique flavors. Everything tried has been delicious. Some favorites include the arugula salad, a seasonal apricot salad, the Artichoke Rosso, Dolce Diavola, margherita, Pollo Rustico, and Pollo Blanco. The salads are hefty and shareable for 2-3 people, and the pizzas are perfect for 2 people sharing. The fennel sausage house made is sooooo good, and the dessert pizza is amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the outdoor patio is dog friendly. The service is fantastic, with waiters and waitresses being super efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They easily answer all questions, check for allergies, and service with a smile. The craft sodas are incredible and not easily found outside of Utah. This is a must visit restaurant in Cedar City, part of the excitement of a trip there. It is busy, so get there early.
