We had a server with a snarky attitude. He gave us the wrong order. Then the burgers he did give us had more sauce on them than meat. Both were undercooked and coated in grease. Chilis has really gone downhill.

I wanted to give a positive shout out to our local Chili's here in Cedar City! Veterans day, although we appreciate every buisness honoring Veterans, we usually would stay home and didn't take advantage of the free meals because of the over crowding, long wait times and so much noise you cant even have a conversation across the table, it basically became more stress to get through a free dinner than it was worth. BUT, this year Chili's allowed my husband to pick up his free meal and we enjoyed a quiet Veterans Day at home. The burger and fries were delicious and they staff made the whole experience pleasant, we ordered over the phone, when we arrived, the gentleman working the to go door was so kind and even declined a tip because the meal was for a Veteran, he told me to enjoy the free meal and have a good rest of my day. Thank you Chili's Cedar City for honoring our Veterans and making the process easy for them! 5 stars from our family!

My husband and I ate here last night, I ordered the salmon and he got wings. Everything was EXTREMELY salty. We have both been up all night with violent food poisoning. Be weary about eating here. We won’t be returning.

I've been to Chili's a lot. My brother and I were spending his birthday together tonight here, but I have dietary allergies and restrictions that have made eating out a trial.
The wait and cook staff were incredible. They made sure my food was safe to eat, and even though it was an odd order when we finished, it was plated so nicely. I'm glad the staff are so above and beyond here because it's my brother's favorite place. It's not a place for vegetarians or corn or dairy allergens, but I'm blown away by how awesome they were at making it work for me so I could celebrate with my brother.
Their willingness to help me find something I can eat makes me want to recommend them more and more. Thank you, guys!
