Great customer service. Ordered online for a pickup and they were very courteous and had it ready within 20-mins. We had the Santa Fe salads which were very yummy and spicy. 🌶️ Our ambiance was great, we ate outside. 😊

Easy fast everyone was attentive , kind and polite.The food was amazing I had a explosion quesidilla salad with shrimp. It was fantastic. So big took the other half to work the next day for lunch.

On one particular occasion, the grill was down, so burgers and steaks would not be provided, and when I came back the next day, the frier was broken so there were no fries or breaded chicken. If I were manager there I would prioritize having food available.
Note to Chili’s 🌶️ management If Tyler asks for a raise/promotion/ownership Give it to him

Our server was amazing. She was extremely attentive. While her coworkers were chatting at the bar and her manager was openly discussing how he makes $70k a year and discussed all the logistics, taxes taken out, and bonuses (clearly he's comfortable also talking about it in front of customers), our server was busting her butt cleaning up. Overall, she was great and the food was good, but the manager probably shouldn't be discussing that while his employees are trying to close up.
