I went in by myself for lunch and got what I normally get: chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Unfortunately, when they brought it out, it didn’t have the bacon on it. I mentioned it to the server and she was so kind about it and took the food back. When it came out again, it was cold. I have never had a problem with the food until now. I didn’t want to say anything so I paid and was about to leave. The server came up to me and asked how everything was. I told her it had come out cold but it was just fine and I’d pay for it. She was so kind and didn’t want me to pay for food I didn’t eat. My bill was comped. I still give Chilis 5 stars because they have always been kind, fast, and attentive. I really appreciate my server!

Honestly, best Chili's I have eaten at in years! Staff was friendly, kind, smiled, and very helpful. Food was cooked correctly and I was grateful for everyone we interacted with. Highly recommended!
Kid-friendliness: The staff was amazing! They were patient and understanding with our kids if there were spills, and talked with my kids when they talked to them.

I pay $8 for a cup of chili and it is smaller than my hands. Be so fr. My food was sitting there on the counter outside of the to go bag and it took 10 minutes after somebody said they would go check on my order for somebody to come put the items in the bag, they didn’t add anything to the bag that wasn’t already there.

Great service! We asked to split a plate of Cajun chicken pasta between two people, and they brought it to us already divided on two plates looking really nice! It was delicious, and plenty of food for a really reasonable price 🙂. Plus they have the best chips and salsa anywhere around!
