Kate was our Broista tonight and she was the absolute best! Super friendly and the most helpful, I was super indecisive, wanting something outside of my norm and she had some amazing suggestions. Today I stopped by Dutch Bros for a couple of protein coffees, and notice I left my debit card when I got in line. Josh came to my window and when I told him I had to go run and grab my card, He told me not to worry about it and took care of my drinks.

Does everybody know that Dutch Bros does not charge for extra espresso!! Not only that but if you're trying something for the first time and you don't like it they will make you something else free of charge on the spot! The customer service here is a 10!
