Jack in the Box is on "Providence Center" in Cedar City, which is south I-15 exit and close to Walmart. Their fries are almost always hot. But I like their sinful hot sandwiches and shakes best when I have $20 bill burning a hole in my pocket.

We went through the drive thru and they asked us to wait out front. When they brought out our food he handed me 2 bags and then just threw the other 2 at me even though I had no hands to take them. The bags spilled all over me and the employee sprinted back inside. I was left speechless but then burst out laughing because of the whole situation. I don’t even care, it was hilarious.

If you plan on ordering during the evening hours don’t waste your time. There is maybe one girl who works and is aware of her customers. There are two guys that I have never been impressed with. They have zero hustle zero work ethic. Slowest time wasters I have ever seen. Honestly they don’t do anything. This location is hiring what they need to be doing is firing. Starting with the guys on evening shift.

Went to the drive through for lunch today, and was asked to go to the front to wait, which is apparently a normal thing for everyone to ask nowadays, though typically, there is no issue if people say no. I was approached by someone I assumed to be some form of store official (given their shirt), and was informed that, "It is the policy (of the store) to have people wait out front." He even stated that they were just waiting on a single taco to be finished being made, and my food would be right out, so I didn't see a reason to wait out front.

I was then promptly refunded my meal's cost. At least the refund went without issue, but they still make me consume more time going somewhere else to get food to eat. The management I spoke with was kind, not yelling or screaming, so I can say that this probably isn't the first time he's had to do this.

I understand that fast food companies want their drive through times to look good, but this artificial deflation of their times is just annoying, and I've started saying, "No" on principal. It's not the worker's faults that this has become the norm for fast food companies to try to make their numbers look good, but taking it from a question, "can you help us out" to, "It is our policy, do it or else" is taking it way too far.

If I could post this will less than a 1 star review, I would.

Parking: If you go through the drive through, they will "force" you to wait out front (or not serve you). I've waited out front before (not today), and it took forever to get the food to me, and it was wrong. Walking back in (and out) from those parking spots means you have to take an annoying, circuitous route around railing to get to their door.

The employees don’t know how to listen. I dont think I’ve come to this Jack in the box without having them mess up my order.

First timer, got ultimate cheeseburger and a cluck sandwich with curly fries. Fries were seasoned well. Burger was, meh, just a burger. Didn't really care for the chicken sandwich. Minute made drink was good.

Love the big eggrolls with the sauce they give you to dunk into. Be sure to ask for a sauce per eggroll.
