Ninja Japanese Steakhouse

Hopefully this place isn't going downhill and the next time I try it it's better than the last two times. The food and service has been great for the previous year that we'd been going but our last dine-in experience was rough, and our pickup order was pretty bad. I'm hoping it's just bad luck.

The new owners are a joke, we were given a gift card for dinner for my wife’s father passing and they let us know nothing was on it and whoever gave it to us probably gave us their old giftcard, when in fact they had just bought it the day before for $50. They told is we needed to call the person who had given to us and figure it out and were so rude. So after 30 minutes and the owner arguing with us plus the person who bought the giftcard they magically found it in there system from yesterday. The food is not as good now and the customer service is terrible. Also, there was money left on the giftcard and they just tried to keep it. Beyond wild and disappointing for a place that has been a place we have gone to since it opened.

Loved it. Kids enjoy the noodles and sushi, especially the rock n roll on happy hour nights. The Hibachi is fun and fantastic. Great place.

Edamame was SUPER salty and not as fresh as it used to be.

Fish in the sushi was meh. Freshness and quality overall felt much worse. They are spiffing up the place but loosing food quality.

The food was very good! I'm a sucker for fried rice. I had scallops and shrimp(Hibachi section)?? My wife sashimi and sushi combo. The onion soup was a gift and the pot stickers were beautifully prepared. I recommend Ninja Japanese Steakhouse to everyone. See you next Friday????

The food is excellent! The sushi combo was fantastic. We also had teriyaki beef sauce which was a little bit too sweet but the beef was very tender. Highly recommend.

Don't come here if you're by yourself or brown because they won't let you in. Oh I asked if I could stay and wait for another party, and I didn't refuse anything since I wasn't offered a table. When I mentioned that I could wait, I was told well their isn't any reservations for the remainder of the night sorry. No table offerd so don't try that.

My wife and I ate here 2 weeks ago for dinner. Wife order a sushi Platter came with miso soup and a salad that had way too much dressing in it. I ordered the tempura shrimp and also came with miso soup and salad. Oh yeah, rice ? too. My rice was cold, and everything was deep-fried. Even the vegetables were deep-fried. Too much grease.Avoid this place. Overpriced on their rolls. Is not authentic sushi at all.
