They're the best! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Fast service and great tasting! Super reasonable price for the great portions. I love the owners, super sweet, hard working and honest! 💗
If you changed the salsa resipe....the jury is still out....just a bit sweet..
My favorite place to eat in this town. I tried the pineapple fajitas dinner. Amazing with pork and shrimp. Great service. Fair prices. Plenty of parking.

Brody's Mexican Restaurant in Cedar City is a local treasure with amazing staff and delicious food. Every dish on the menu is stellar, from the flavorful chimmichanga with red and green sauces to the veggie burrito and cheese enchilada with salsa verde. The beans are some of the best ever, and the homemade horchata is creamy and perfectly sweet. The chips and salsa are to die for, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The parking is convenient, and the restaurant is not overly crowded. They offer good options for kids too. The portions are great for the price, and the food comes out quick and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is great and the place is clean. Brody's offers authentic food and is a great place to go if celebrating something big. The street tacos and horchata are 5 stars, with the horchata creamier than others and surprisingly delicious. Chips tasted like they were fried themselves.
