Papa John's

My food was disgusting, inedible... $30 for pizza n bites and both undercooked even after asking well done. Horrid🤮...

The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I got transferred to four different people in the store and none of them knew how to do their job. My coupon sent to me in the mail wasn’t valid unless I did it online and then they started swearing at me and then putting me on hold and then ending the call and every time I called back, I couldn’t get a hold of them and then I had four other people in my household call papa John’s and we’ve been on hold ever since and it’s been 45 minutes and we still haven’t had a pizza ordered or any of the coupons work If I could rate this below one star i would!! Dont waste your time with papa John’s!! Thanks for reading this and you’re welcome.

They have ok pizza, but they're super small and always come out sloppy. I wish they had more options.

Never actually been hear but noticed there was 4 reviews with all the different stars except 2 so I'm making it even

the pizza here is still very good and quick to deliver but compare to Dominos they seem to be a little more expensive

I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to get me food, the girl saw me and clearly knew I was waiting but instead was slowly putting pizzas away. Hire more people here or start training your employees to prioritize customers over putting out food when they had plenty of pizza of that kind out already. I spend longer waiting for someone to pay attention to me here than waiting in line for chick-fil-a.

We have Friday night as Pizza Night and have ordered from Papa John's quite a few times. We usually modify our pizzas and they always arrive just as ordered. I prefer to order online and love that I can track the pizza order. It always arrives in the time frame promised, and is always hot. Will continue to use them for our Friday nights. Add the Brownies! They are worth it!

Told us 25 minutes, we arrived in 30 and drove 5 minutes to th3 hotel. The pizza was cold. I am assuming the prep time was less and they didn’t have warmers. I’m not a fan of cold pizza.

Just picked up a peperoni & sausage thin crust pizza for a late dinner meal. It was not edible. Now I haven't had a Papa John's pizza in years and years but I thought I'd give it a try - mistake. Cedar City is devoid of a good pizza restaurant, you can add Papa Johns to that list. Maybe they need to bring Papa John back to run the company? If what they served me is the best they can do, I doubt they'll be around much longer.

They are pretty good pizza, but not really the best. I like their garlic butter, but why the pepper? Do they offer gluten free pizza yet?
