I’ve never had any issues with either order accuracy or speed of fulfillment. There are the odd occasions when you might have to wait for them to work a large party order but that is the exception. My only issue with Papa Murphy’s in general is price. I can get similar pizza at PH for the same price, but they cook it. Considering PM doesn’t have to invest in cooking equipment you’d think that they would be a couple dollars cheaper than the competition.
Ordered via app and I made a mistake. Called and they were really cool about correcting it even though they had already made it and would have to make a new one. It tasted great later when baked it up at home and ate it :)
Whoever made my pizza today deserves to have all the traffic lights green for all their journeys for a month because they filled about every square inch of my family size pepperoni pizza and it is immaculate.
