I went to a catered dinner last night by Park Place Eatery. The dinner was held at IG Winery and was for the International Mountain Bike Association. I was so proud to be from Cedar City and all the wonderful amenities we have to offer. The food was beyond delicious! Everything was so wonderful. We had charcuterie, salad, focaccia bread, lasagna & a delicious dessert (I had two!)
