We came in Monday, 11/3 7pm as I walked back from the restroom and I heard the microwave door and beeps. Thought nothing of it until our food was brought to the table. Semi warmed up, overcooked and the Mac and cheese had clearly been nuked. I’ve never left a bbq joint without taking my leftovers but being reheated once I don’t think the leftovers could have handled a second time. Very disappointed in the new ownership, this place is nothing like it used to be.
Worst experience ever. We did the online ordering system and only received half of our meals. When I called and asked where the other half was, they responded with, “We assumed you didn’t want the other portion of your platter because you didn’t specify.” I ordered the platter, I wanted everything that came with it. Sad to say we won’t be back, longest wait time and never received our food. And the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.
