Passing through from L.A. and needed tacos de lengua in a bad way. Very happy to have found Tacos El Jefe. You know you’re in the right place if landscaping trucks are parked outside. Food was delicious!
Menu is very large with lots of options, pretty authentic food and large selection of salsas to choose from for sides as well. The beef tongue (lengua) torta that I got was amazingggg, very tender! Other people in my group got a chimichanga and burrito, and they are very generous portions. I don’t think you could go wrong ordering anything on their menu!
The food is great and the service is really fast! After ordering, we got some salsas from the salsa buffet and got a table. The food is very authentic and full of flavor. You can't beat the prices and the quality of food anywhere else. The protein and quantity of each dish we ordered were very generous.
