Had such a great experience tonight getting takeout - not only was the food great as always, but both employees (Nina and Brooklyn) were cheerful and extremely helpful. They even pointed out a promotion that I hadn't seen. Great customer service!
This CupBop was awesome in large part because of Brooklyn!! Brooklyn was very kind and helpful at the register, especially as a first time customer. She saved me from the spice hahaha but they were very friendly and got me my food quick! 10 Stars for this CupBop and shout out to Brooklyn!
This meal was my 13th reason why. I just paid $11 for luke warm white rice, cool plain rice noodles, cold flavorless tofu and a squirt of “mystery sauce“. This meal was as sour as the smell inside the restaurant. I’m never coming back again because I’m dead. ? Ohhhh look what you made me do.
