The staff (Specifically Jeremy and Charlie) at this location are awesome. I feel like this has to be said because customer service in food seems to be ABYSMAL everywhere these days, so the happy and helpful demeanors of all the staff here was just such a breath of fresh air. Plus, they were quick, efficient and seemed to function really well as a team. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Had such a great experience tonight getting takeout - not only was the food great as always, but both employees (Nina and Brooklyn) were cheerful and extremely helpful. They even pointed out a promotion that I hadn't seen. Great customer service!

This CupBop was awesome in large part because of Brooklyn!! Brooklyn was very kind and helpful at the register, especially as a first time customer. She saved me from the spice hahaha but they were very friendly and got me my food quick! 10 Stars for this CupBop and shout out to Brooklyn!
