Richard did an amazing job. He was able to cook 280lbs of pork. He had no difficulty with the volume. What makes me give him a 5-star review is that he actually turned down some easier jobs that were probably more profitable for him after he committed to ours. He also took time to answer questions and even went to cafe rio beforehand to try to match the taste we wanted exactly. Ironically, most people we talked to actually liked Fat boys pulled pork more :).Use Fat Boy catering...

I love it when i arrive on a movie set and discover the food is catered by Fat Boys. I have never had the same thing twice. There are always great choices for every kind of diet, and the quality is amazing.
