Holden, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our group of five and my service dog. He continually checked on our table to make sure everybody had what they wanted that it was cooked properly and that we were getting the service that he felt we deserved. It’s a far different cry fromgoing to some other restaurants bearing the same name. The staff that Holden has definitely appreciate the customers and it’s clear that they have a good relationship with their manager.
Cass our server was so rude and awful. Coldest most unprofessional. Plus, she messed up order, had to flag her down to get a refill. The food was great. Brian the manger was great. If you go do not have Cass.
Had to argue with the waitress because the way Chili's has their "trust you to pay" set up, there were 2 unpaid bills in front of ours that she said, "we must have done something to it". Also tried charging us for stuff we ordered but never got. When the side that normally comes with the meal wasn't available (they were out), they charged me an additional price for what they offered as a substitute.
