I just wanted to hop on here to make people aware. I did the wrong order this morning and within minutes of my mistake I called this location and was told it would be canceled and then to go in and re-order the correct one. So I did just that now both orders have been sent to my location and I have been charged for both when I call the Crumbl directly. They throw me to Door dash, Why would you tell me you’re going to cancel it and go in and re-order it if it wasn’t going to be. The crazy thing is they were both done at this location, so why didn’t they notice my name on two orders at the same location? On top of me calling earlier, giving them my name and explaining my situation and yet still my orders were sent out. Now they’re trying to throw me to another company not to take care of the issue. Had I not called I’ve been directed I understand that, but I had by them directly. Just wanted to give anybody a heads up if they ever have this issue now I’m chasing down door dash and trying to get my refund.
Update: now DoorDash is saying it is the company’s fault the store directly I’m getting tossed back-and-forth! Just be aware!

Out of cookies at 2pm on a Thursday and credit card machines wouldn’t work. Doesn’t seem like a great recipe for success.
This is hands down one of the best creations ever to be born on this earth. The moist richness of every bite you take is enough to bring you to your knees and keep you immersed in all the flavors joined together in each special cookie, ugh! I mean come on who wouldn't want to experience that feeling?? (: two thumbs up baby. Meoooow lol hehe (;
