Based on the reviews, Hug-Hes American Kitchen and Catering is a yummy restaurant with great service. The food is fabulous, like a home-cooked meal from Grandma’s kitchen. The classic pot roast meal with delicious mashed potatoes and the signature pasta salad are really delicious, and the prime rib sandwich with sweet potato fries is excellent. The short rib grilled cheese is great, though a bit dry. The prime rib special is excellent with a reasonable price point. The food has good textures and lots of yummy options, but there is a lack of flavor and nothing that makes you go WOW. The fries are excellent. The service is top-notch, with servers who are quick, friendly, and attentive. It is a great spot in Centerville with generous portions.
