I somehow ordered my lunch to the wrong address by mistake. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to come in after my shift to get a new sandwich and drink, even though they didn’t have to. I ordered a turkey tom today and there was hardly any turkey. I ordered a giant size and there were maybe 4 slides total of turkey in the whole thing. It’s ridiculous. And they asked if I wanted cheese and then charged me extra. If a manager wants to contact me, I’ll consider adjusting my review. I will never go there again.

Great customer service! The sandwiches we ordered and arrived on time. The size of sandwich was also decent enough that I had left overs. Sometimes you need a midnight snack! 😝

I went through the drive thru on 4th South and 5th East. I clearly ordered the Pepe and stated I only wanted the ham and the cheese nothing else on it. Got home, and there was shredded lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. I already heated it up before I opened it. Tried to remove everything they added, and it was still horrid. Tried a few bites and tossed it away. How difficult is just ham, cheese nothing else?
