Honestly I’m disgusted these employees were brutal. As I watched them jam packed the older guy (assuming Manager) sat and talked down on his employees, belittled them, made horrible comments and was down right a jack a$$. He sat an horrible example to the staff and just sat there as other members of the staff did the same. The shortest boy cute kid sat there in tears as he was bullied. I will never support papa murpheys in centerville again. I did tip them 20.00 in hopes that...
The teenage boys that were working were not polite at all. I paid online and they literally screamed at me you have to pay as I was walking out. Like seriously you didn't realize it was an online order. I think there needs to be at least one adult in the building.
Great food and service. Dropping a star for the audacity to default a 15%+ tip at a pizza joint that doesn't even cook or deliver your food. Dropping another star for having to click 'custom' and zero it out to decline. Just pay your staff a living wage.
