Went through the drive through after setting a mobile order previous to driving there and they asked us to pull forward because our food had 1 minute left, then we waited for 15 minutes before I went into the store and the employees were working on a different customers food that has gotten there after us. I am not pleased, we were there for 25 minutes longer than we should have even with giving them a heads up with my mobile order.

What I ordered was a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag what I got was a double bacon cheeseburger, I called and they were able to get me the right sandwich so I appreciate their customer service

Air conditioning was So cold in the dining room, flies all over, all tables were dirty..had to clean our own table, because the room was so cold so was our food, the wrapping on our burgers was full of grease. Why isnt the food made when it is ordered..especially when they aren't busy! We wont be back!

Drink machine wash filthy. The soda was more carbonated than flavored. Bathrooms were filthy, overall dining room appearance was unkempt. Big disappointment.
Horribly slow drive through, and the prices have gone up like crazy. It wasn't worth it.

The young man working the drive thru at 8:25 pm 7/31/24 was rude and ineffective. My wife asked for four ranch packets with our two meals. He didn’t give them to us. My wife asked at the window for him to wait while she shuffled items in the car to receive the food. He grunted. He did not give a receipt for our food so I think we paid for ranch packets and did not receive them.
