The service and food at this location is terrible. I live in west valley and usually go to that one but I work in Centerville and lately have been going there. The management has apparently changed a lot. The manager this time around uses extremely vulgar language in front of customers and their children. I over heard her degrading her staff. The pretzels are always either burnt or raw. I won’t be returning ever.

Every other Saturday I grocery shop at Walmart ,but the pretzel place is NEVER OPEN ON TIME. It says 10:00 so I wait but never opens . Even the Walmart employees have complained.

Um, what? Overpriced Walmart snack burnt and globbed together. These mozz sticks were hollow because they were overcooked and cheese oozed out and made one massive ball of mozz sticks. Food has been sitting all day? Was stale and not fresh. Not even hot. The marina sauce, absolutely foul. A very bitter, off putting, and gross taste. If you’re the owner, this place is a dumpster fire so please crack the whip. Someone start a prayer chain for this establishment.

Every day that goes by, I'm only shocked at how a place that has such low demand can afford to do such bad things as give us a completely burnt order, and by the way, the supposed 5-minute wait ended up being almost 20 minutes. They gave it to me in a bag and when I took it out, the surprise was all of us, how unpleasant! It went against what my friends had said about this place and that's why they don't have as much demand. Today, I feel this disappointment and prove what they told me about this place right. Terrible, I don't recommend it.
I was really excited to have a Wetzel‘s Pretzles in town and ordered the pizza pretzel. I had to wait 10 minutes for it to cook which I was fine with, but then it came out super doughy.
