“Customer service was great—the girl working is really sweet, and the drinks were excellent. However, while my fiancé and I were enjoying our time, an older manager came in and spoke very rudely to an employee. It felt really inappropriate to witness as a customer, and honestly sad to see staff treated that way. It also seems like they only schedule one person at a time, which doesn’t feel fair to the employees. I hope management can address this, because the staff deserves better.“

“You guys are always so busy, but manage to keep everything moving while being kind. I had emergency oral surgery yesterday. I asked for a couple of extra straws and the employee was so nice. I didn't tell her why, but then I told her afterward she asked if I needed anything else. Very sweet staff.“

“Little tea place but huuuge boba and chai selection. The barista was super friendly and helpful with our selections. All of our boba teas were amazing. Was nice to have a blended drink that wasn't 80% ice. Only drawback was no selection on POS system to select tip for staff, only a cash tip jar. We find this cheats the staff out of their tips as so few people carry cash anymore. It's so important to be able to reward great help these days. We luckily had some cash on us and gladly tipped. You have a keeper and great drinks.“

“Tried the Ube flavored mochinut. It had great mochi texture. A little too fried for my taste, but I'm also not a huge doughnut fan. If you like doughnuts and chewy mochi, you'll love it. A fun small food court to check out! You order from a kiosk even though workers are right there. They automatically add a tip, just FYI.“
