“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“I took my daughter out to a treat at her favorite place for some boba and she ended up getting frustrated because the drink lid wasn't sealed, making it hard for her to mix it. One employee noticed her struggle and immediately made her a new drink, an extra free one for me and gave her a promotional gift card without hesitation. “We had great boba drinks. With only us there, the service was awesome and quick, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It is pretty large (for a boba place) tucked in the corner of a small mall. I considered decor little cold and boring (uninteresting black tables and chair) but place has enough room to accommodate sofa’s/ arm chairs or more comfortable and more inviting seating.“

“At first, they missed something in my drink and I did the survey to mention it. I thought no one would care about it but eventually they did take it seriously and respond me back with email. Surprised.

I do recommend them as they have the options to adjust the sweetness and also the ice. A bit pricey compared to other boba shops but it’s good to have it once in awhile

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“

“When we lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, we sample at least two dozen boba tea places before settling on one with the right combination of tea flavor, milk-tea balance, and especially the boba. Too much milk and you can’t taste the tea, too little and it’s, well, not milk tea. The boba must be a little sweet and chewy, but not mushy. We found a favorite, but then we moved to Utah. After trying a few boba shops in Salt Lake County, including a couple in Chinatown, Ding Tea was at the top of the list, and it fully matches our California favorite, which was a Happy Lemon shop. We found that not all Happy Lemons were as good, and the same is true for Ding Teas. We haven’t discovered any Ding Teas better than the South Jordan location. One thing I like is that you can substitute oolong tea for black tea in any of the drinks, and you can really taste the oolong.
