“10/10! Such delicious food and wonderful service! Me and my husband wanted to try something new for date night and this was a hit. We will be coming back and bringing all visitors here. I am hit or miss on Indian food but this was such great food. The Lassi was delicious. We got mango and loved it. Highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Butter. Oh and the Naan! Everyone go just for the Naan! We also tried the Papadam and the Gulab Jamun and would reorder both in a heart beat. I will be singing praises for this place for the next forever.”

“I went to The Break when I was in town to see several hockey games recently. We stayed at a hotel within walking distance of The Maverik Center and The Break, and went to The Break after a game for appetizers and drinks. First off, the food and drinks we got were absolutely fantastic. They were a great price for the quality. Second, the atmosphere was wonderful. Folks were there watching the Bears vs Rams wild card game, and everyone was cheering together. After the game, it was easy to tell there was a solid group of regulars, and several people stopped to talk to us because we were in Kansas City sports gear. But most important was my experience after leaving Salt Lake City. I accidentally left an item at the table when I left, and didn’t realize it until I got home to Kansas City the next day. I called The Break, and not only had staff saved it in the lost and found, they were willing to ship it back to me! While it wasn’t a particularly expensive item, it did have sentimental value so I’m excited it wasn’t lost forever. If I’m ever back in Salt Lake City, I’ll absolutely visit The Break again.”

He sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he was the only one working at the moment. Funny enough, I was the only car in line and barely waited at all.
The interaction was quick, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how my drink would turn out since he seemed rushed. But the moment I took my first sip, I was reminded exactly why I always choose this location. It was hands-down the best Zippy Zen I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to come here because no other location makes it quite like this one and this visit was just another reminder why i will continue to spend my money here.

“Went in because I hadn't had a root beer in a long time. I wanted zero sugar, due to diabetes. I told the clerk I wanted a large. He asked if i wanted any food? I answered, no. He handed me a cup and told me to just go ahead and take it.
This treatment and connection with the customer creates loyal customers & has been largely lost.

“First time coming to America and I heard that Wetzels was a very popular pretzel place to visit. Absolutely delicious items, especially the jalaroni and pizza bits. Leandro was such a wonderful employee, everything was perfect and he was such a delight, recommending me items that were absolutely delicious. I came in 11ish in the morning and he was running the place confidently and swiftly by himself. He was very professional and tending to myself and other customers with full attention.”

“Tastes just like my favorite Chinese food I grew up on. Probably more of an American style Chinese, but done well. I was offered a sample of the honey chicken and ended up changing what I was going to order because it was so good. It is in a mall food court, so atmosphere is ok, but not horrible. Overall, I'll be back for sure”

I love them all and this specific location was good, but their shakes didn't hit as good as the other locations. Would have been 5 stars. I still recommend, and will be coming back later.”

Our server offered us a booth besides the entrance that had clearly not been well cleaned since the last customer as there were napkins and straw wrappers clearly visible under the table, table top was visually clean but sticky. Besides that the food was a overall really good, the orange chicken was especially delicious”

“My lady and I have been coming here for going on six months now. It has been nothing short of an awesome experience. Moses is security and does a great job, super cool dude! Paxton is one of the bar tenders and gets to know his customers. We don’t even have to place our drink orders anymore, he knows what we get and has them ready for us before we even start to bowl! Steph is one of the servers and is the friendliest and nicest server we have ever had! All around the staff here is top notch! We are dedicated bowlers at Pins and Ales now thanks to the great team and atmosphere! 10 stars is the true rating!”
