“I went to The Break when I was in town to see several hockey games recently. We stayed at a hotel within walking distance of The Maverik Center and The Break, and went to The Break after a game for appetizers and drinks. First off, the food and drinks we got were absolutely fantastic. They were a great price for the quality. Second, the atmosphere was wonderful. Folks were there watching the Bears vs Rams wild card game, and everyone was cheering together. After the game, it was easy to tell there was a solid group of regulars, and several people stopped to talk to us because we were in Kansas City sports gear. But most important was my experience after leaving Salt Lake City. I accidentally left an item at the table when I left, and didn’t realize it until I got home to Kansas City the next day. I called The Break, and not only had staff saved it in the lost and found, they were willing to ship it back to me! While it wasn’t a particularly expensive item, it did have sentimental value so I’m excited it wasn’t lost forever. If I’m ever back in Salt Lake City, I’ll absolutely visit The Break again.”

And to top it off just amazing customer service. UPS damaged my box during shipping which coincidentally destroyed a loaf of bread. I emailed customer service and within minutes they responded to issue a refund for the damaged loaf. Delightful experience all around with Mrs. Hewitt’s.”

“This place was absolutely fabulous! It was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and everything tasted incredible. No flavor was too powerful, and nothing too weak. The service was fantastic as well, they even had my food out not too long after I ordered. The price is a little up there, but compared to a handful of other places, its not bad.

Good morning peeps. A quick update for this store: I like breakfast sandwiches, but I don’t handle cheese very well anymore. I can bring in an outside sandwich and the staff has never said anything to me about doing so. This makes this store just a little bit more enjoyable to relax in. 😊”

“My lady and I have been coming here for going on six months now. It has been nothing short of an awesome experience. Moses is security and does a great job, super cool dude! Paxton is one of the bar tenders and gets to know his customers. We don’t even have to place our drink orders anymore, he knows what we get and has them ready for us before we even start to bowl! Steph is one of the servers and is the friendliest and nicest server we have ever had! All around the staff here is top notch! We are dedicated bowlers at Pins and Ales now thanks to the great team and atmosphere! 10 stars is the true rating!”

“I came when it was slow, yet they were out of an item that I wanted. I substituted something else. The food was good. I went to get ice cream and was told that, too, was out. I find it funny that I was still charged the full price for the meal but was not allowed to have the full dinner.”

“Food is typical of most Carl's Jr. locations, made fresh, and looks as expected. Service was executed in a timely fashion. The area surrounding the location is a bit sketchy though, sitting in front of a hotel, beside a check cashing place and on the last occasion I visited there was a clearly inebriated gentleman stumbling through the drive through placing his order on foot.”
