I recommend the Ranchero burrito. It doesn't need hot sauce 😁👍

El Pollo Loco offers delicious and fresh chicken meals at reasonable prices, with a full meal for two available for $25.99. The restaurant's chicken, beans, rice, and mac salad have been praised for their taste. Additional toppings such as roasted jalapeños and onions are a nice touch. The salsa bar is a feature in some locations, but may not be available at all restaurants. The cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen is noteworthy, with a manager dedicated to providing a comfortable dining experience. The chicken and tortillas are particularly popular, and the avocado salsa is a recommended addition. While the portions have slightly diminished, the authentic Pollo Loco seasoning remains the same. The food is worth the occasional wait, as the burritos are a decent size, the ingredients are fresh, and the tortillas are good. Prices may be a little higher than other fast-food places, but the quality is also higher. The employees have been praised for their kindness, even providing free food when the system crashed.
