“I’m writing this review to give major praise to the gentleman working yesterday. When I pulled up to the window, I could see he looked a bit frazzled. He sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he was the only one working at the moment. Funny enough, I was the only car in line and barely waited at all.
The interaction was quick, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how my drink would turn out since he seemed rushed. But the moment I took my first sip, I was reminded exactly why I always choose this location. It was hands-down the best Zippy Zen I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to come here because no other location makes it quite like this one and this visit was just another reminder why i will continue to spend my money here.
So thank you to the solo employee holding it down. Even if his day wasn’t going the way he hoped, he still managed to make mine better“

“I came into see what is going on with my delivery order. The GM informed me that a door-dash driver stole my food and drove off, but they remade my order fresh and apologized for the inconvenience. Excellent service and attitude with the employees.“

“I have rarely gone to Arctic Circle, but recently the pass 2 times that I have gone, it’s been excellent! The food was great! The service was on point! And the atmosphere was amazing with GREAT air conditioning.

Anyways, my girlfriend had an experience a couple months back, and it wasn’t all that great. The food was ok, the service was trash, and the atmosphere was not great.

The main point of this review is that, they are definitely stepping up their game and that everything here is GREAT! Also, shout out to Blair for blessing us with exceptional customer service!

“My first time here. I think the best fast food burger i have had. Just way to expensive. I might have paid less at red robbin and gotten the same quality. 1 person and it was just shy of $20. I do really like that you can order to have what you want on it though. Most places don't have an option that fits a basic old school type of burger“

I saw it by chance, and really wanted something that wasn't pizza, sandwiches or burgers, so I gave it a go. Half chicken with potatoes, a beef skewer and baklava. I was ravenous, and figured the extra would top me off.

What?... I'm a big eater. :P

I was not only pleasantly surprised at how hefty the container was, in terms of portions, but also pleased at how good it all was. Nothing was bland. Flavor in every bite. AND there was so much food that it's turned into two meals.

They even sent the side salad and pita bread. Love the dip.

I'm adding this to my list of places to break the cycle of truck stop food, and will absolutely be ordering from here again next time I'm in Salt Lake!“

“Food is typical of most Carl's Jr. locations, made fresh, and looks as expected. Service was executed in a timely fashion. The area surrounding the location is a bit sketchy though, sitting in front of a hotel, beside a check cashing place and on the last occasion I visited there was a clearly inebriated gentleman stumbling through the drive through placing his order on foot.“

“First time coming to America and I heard that Wetzels was a very popular pretzel place to visit. Absolutely delicious items, especially the jalaroni and pizza bits. Leandro was such a wonderful employee, everything was perfect and he was such a delight, recommending me items that were absolutely delicious. I came in 11ish in the morning and he was running the place confidently and swiftly by himself. He was very professional and tending to myself and other customers with full attention.“

Not friendly, seem bored, and last night, June 1st 2019, they closed an hour early stating it was because they were shorthanded and had only 2 people working. The girl whose name I did not get, did not even seem apologetic. "We're closed." That's it. Nothing more until pressed for a reason. While I understand that can happen, the next place we went to had ONE person and did just fine. I like Arby's, just not the lack of service sometimes.“

“The food is what you expect from Subway, good but not excellent. But where this particular Subway stood out was the service. The woman working behind the counter had three sandwiches she was making for a door dash order, but she asked me how many sandwiches I was ordering, I said 2, and she said she could let me jump ahead and made my sandwiches quickly and exactly what I wanted. “I get a half a day off once a month so I went to arbys on 5600 west and 3500 south ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss with jalapeño poppers… I got home and only had the sandwich No poppers and no receipt… I didn’t have time to go back but I called and was told that they will put me in the manager’s book for a free combo all I need is the manager’s name that I talked with about this and they didn’t need my name… So I need to remember her name for a month… Meanwhile I’m out for the price of the jalapeño poppers….
