Customer service was amazing, she was super patient and even checked in on us and how our meal was. She was a breath of fresh air when all we're typically used to nowadays is workers that look like they're miserable or being held hostage at work. Thanks for a great experience.“

I emailed the store, expecting just a quick apology and a free sandwich. What I got met and exceeded my expectations. So I called the store and the woman from the store LITERALLY brought me my items to my home VERY QUICKLY. “This place is AMAZING! Was in town for appointments at Primary Children’s and came here right after. My picky 12 year old was able to find multiple things he loved and the staff was friendly, patient, understanding, and helpful. We ordered cheese burgers either fries and a drink plus onion rings, a shake, and a hand scooped ice cream and it all cost us under $30! The burgers were juicy and delicious, the fries were perfectly done ( crispy but not hard or overdone with a delicious softer inside, not undercooked, and everything was served quickly, kindly, and deliciously. We didn’t have a long wait at all! I loved the atmosphere as did my son! Their shakes are SO THICK you have to eat it with a spoon then try a straw later after it settles / melts a little and it was SO GOOD! Easily the best shake I’ve had in years! Lastly, their fry sauce. I’ve been to a lot of places that serve fry sauce all over the state and this was THE BEST fry sauce I’ve ever had! Not too tangy but not too light on flavor. I loved that they included it for free as well! 100/10 for food and experience!“

“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

In actuality, it was so much food I think i can feed 3 people with this plate alone. Im not complaining! The food was good EXCEPT for the pot sticker and cream cheese wonton. Those 2 items seemed like they sat under a heat lamp for longer than necessary. It was a bit hard and tough to chew. Everything else was great. I had about a 10 second interaction with the cashier and he was pleasant. The cost for everything was under 20.00 which i thought was a steal!! Iwould come here again.“

“Food is on the higher price end compared to most fast food places I have been to but it is worth it. The portions are large and I almost didn't finish. The bacon burger was loaded with roughly double the bacon that other places usually serve. I love the decor, it has soul, unlike your average chain restaurant nowadays.“

So when I walked in and ordered I was really happy to say that Jonathan and his mom(I forgot her name) were extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed. They cured my sickness so fast, the burgers and fries (both mine and my husbands) were stunning, like picture perfect, looked like the came straight from a commercial. “Late night snack search. New to SLC and we were told about Crown by our relocation agent. Found one open late enough to make a visit. Easy and friendly at the counter. Food came out quickly and it was very good. Spouse liked here burger. I had a souvlaki wrap (they call it a gyro here) and it was good but the chicken itself could have used a bit more seasoning. Nonetheless, it had nice big chicken pieces, well made and quite filling.

Definitely will be in our regular rotation during our time here.“
